Level 1. Preferred Service Plan: Our Level 1 option the "Preferred Service Plan" is ideal for the boat owner, captain or broker who wishes to minimizes their up-front maintenance cost outlay yet still want the peace of mind afforded by having a monthly inspection of all systems by an engineer.  

 Also Ideal for Owners or Captains who like to do some of their own maintenance or repair work. 

This level of service includes the following benefits:

• - Monthly Onboard Inspection of all operating systems of vessel including: Fluids, Engines, Generator, Transmissions, Steering, Running Gear, Pumps, Electrical System, Charging System, Wiring, Thru-Hulls, Valves, Electronics Operation, Head Operation, Sanitation, A/C, Safety Equipment

• - Monthly Online Reporting of current inspection report to owner/captain with upcoming or immediate recommendations for preventive maintenance, service or repairs.

• - 24/7 Priority Service Appointment Scheduling Front of Line Service Appointments ahead of all retail service customer appointments for any maintenance or repair work needed.

• - Priority Parts Ordering and Delivery We will order all needed maintenance, replacement or repair parts the same day for priority shipping to keep you on schedule and minimize your downtime.

• - Preventive Maintenance Plan Tailored for your vessel, engines and type of use, We will supply you with recommendations for maintaining your boat to spec in order to minimize breakdowns, failures and unexpected expenses.  This report also provides a solid course of action for the boat owner or captain who wishes to perform their own maintenance and repairs.  By using this action plan to guide you, your self-service is much improved by giving you a heads-up on all upcoming failures before they happen.

• - Owner-Assist Diagnostics and Troubleshooting - We will assist you at no charge in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues by phone or email when you are underway or out of the area

• - Dedicated Account Representative 24/7 Phone Access to your service account rep for anything your vessel needs.  

• - 15% Off Parts & Service Discount As a program member You will receive a 15% Discount Off all Normal Parts and Service Pricing.  This includes Parts, Labor and Special Order parts for scheduled or non-Scheduled repairs. 

• - 15% Off Discount on all Boat Delivery and Transport Services - You will receive a 15% discount on all Vessel Transport Services.  Including all in-water moves up to 500 miles and any trailer moves up to 40ft.
